Returns:

We offer a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. International orders are non-refundable. 

Orders shipped to Brazil are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Fulfillment Agreement

• Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm EST 
• Orders are shipped direct to customers 
• Parcel orders will be processed within two business days from time of receipt. Orders received before 4pm on Friday will ship by end of day on Tuesday. Order cut off time is 4pm EST Monday-Friday
• Product packaging will include barcodes and/or UPC codes clearly printed on the product packaging
• Unfortunately, due to regulations, we cannot ship to the following states: AK, DE, HI, ID, IA, LA, MS, NE, NH, SD, UT.
• International orders must be reviewed and approved prior  to order confirmation. Additional documentation may be required and not all countries are able to receive this product. Please confirm local law prior ordering. 
• Orders initiating from Brazil must accompany ANVISA importa authorization, Prescription, and Patient documentation. We can help assemble documentation.
